Dr. Sobha is a distinguished leader in the construction and real estate industry with over two decades of expertise in strategic advisory, enterprise solutions, cost management, and Building Information Modelling. She is the first woman in India to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has been instrumental in advancing construction economics, digital transformation, and sustainable practices in the industry. Dr. Sobha holds a Doctorate in Strategic Management with a specialization in Digitalization in Construction Cost and Economics, complemented by an MBA in Construction and Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management, UK. She also serves as an Arbitrator (India) on the RICS Panel of Dispute Resolvers & Expert Witnesses and is a member of the RICS South Asia Regional Advisory Board.

Revathi holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and Applied Design from Oxford Brookes University, UK, with a specialization of Artificial Intelligence in Architecture.
